Job Details

• 2 Years of experience needed
• 7 weeks contract with possible extension
• Pay- $$1,854/Weekly
• Day shift
• 36 hrs a week and 12 hrs a day

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with medical procedures and provide support during diagnostic tests, including sonography and medical imaging.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care based on urgency of needs.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.

Skills

• Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical-surgical nursing practices.
• Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
• Experience in assisted living or teaching hospital settings is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
