Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Active LPN license for the state of New York

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

COVID vaccine is required for most locations

Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment

One year of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred, but not required
