Skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Needed

RAYRAC HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA 30307. The ideal candidate has experience in Seizure Management and be comfortable working night shifts.

Position Details:

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30307
• Job Type: Part-time, PRN
• Shift: Night shifts, 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 3 days a week
• Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in home health settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Manage and monitor patients with seizure disorders
• Perform medical documentation accurately and efficiently
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to policy and individualized care plans
• Monitor basic physical, functional, behavioral, and psychosocial conditions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency regulations and agency policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing staff training to maintain certifications

Education and Experience:

• Must have an active practical nursing licensure in Georgia
• Experience in home health or group home care settings is preferred
• Experience with Seizure Management is required

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• ACLS Certification (Preferred)
• LPN License (Required)

Other Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under auto insurance
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks
• Clear tuberculosis screening
