This position is hybrid: remote, in office, & travel in the tri-state and western OH region.

All of our Regional Manager of Clinical Operations may be traveling up to 3 hours from their home location. Most offices are 2 hours from their home location, but could be up to 3 hours.

Ideal candidate will reside in the Dayton or Cincinnati, OH area.

As a Regional Manager of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for supporting offices in effective clinical processes and operations that support patient care. To coordinate the development, monitoring and management of the Performance Improvement Program (PIP) of the offices. Responsible for education and guidance to offices on clinical, compliance, and performance improvement issues, in accordance with applicable law, regulation, and appropriate standards of practice.

Maintain open communication with the administrators/managers and clinical leaders of the offices.

Clinical Operations, Performance Improvement and Compliance:

Evaluate office clinical/operational processes to assure best practices and standardization to support overall clinical program goals. Provide recommendations for improvement and support offices throughout any changes.

Stay abreast of all regulatory rules and regulations and Medicare payer requirements; educate as appropriate on the changes with impact on day-to-day operations and clinical processes.

Employee Retention:

Participate with onboarding program for new clinical managers, as requested.

Utilize a collaborative approach when interacting with office staff; encourage open dialogue regarding agency issues to improve overall compliance with expected standards.

To qualify for a Regional Manager of Clinical Operations position with us, you will need:

A Registered Nurse with a license in good standing in at least one state in the assigned region; bachelor's degree preferred.

At least five (5) years of home health experience within the past ten (10) years.

One (1) year of experience with and/or knowledge of performance improvement activities is preferred.

Good knowledge of home health Medicare Conditions of Participation and state licensure regulations, where applicable.
