Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Absolute PCA's mission is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to remain independent in their homes, no matter where you are located or what services you need. Our services include: PCA, CFSS, ICLS, Homemaking, Respite, and Night Supervision. We are currently working on the expansion of our agency and now service the entirety of Northern MN.

This is a casual/part-time, on-site role for an LPN Qualified Professional at Absolute PCA, located in East Grand Forks, MN. The LPN Qualified Professional will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, wound care, oversight of the office, and assisting with the development of patient care plans. Duties also include monitoring patient health, conducting assessments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role requires adherence to healthcare policies and regulations to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications
Practical Nursing, Patient Care, and Medication Administration skills
Experience in developing patient care plans and conducting health assessments
Ability to coordinate with other healthcare providers and maintain accurate patient records
Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Experience in home health or related healthcare setting is a plus
