The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting skilled, compassionate, detailed-oriented LPNs to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality-of-Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:
- Provide daily supervision to assigned staff
- Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of nursing care, respond to changes in medical conditions, medications.
- Assess/ monitor and treat medical conditions.
- Participate in admission of new residents
- Support DOHS in completion of assessments and evaluation of residents health and safety.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have
- Current nursing license valid in state worked
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend English language
- Good Communication and teamwork skills
Salary Range - $30.00-$32.00
Shift differential for evenings and weekends!
