All Care Enterprises, Inc. – Home Health is accredited by the Joint Commission and provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has a highly satisfactory track record serving the Los Angeles West Regional Center since 2006. Our company is eligible to provide skilled nursing shift care services to EPSDT, California Children Services (CCS), and IHO-eligible patients. Our skilled and professional nurses are also very capable to care for sub-acute adult patients through In-Home Operations within the Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Extended Care – Shift care nursing provided to chronic medically complex children and adults where nurses and home health aides rotate up to a maximum of 24 hours in the comfort of patient’s homes and/or schools. It is a program that allows patients to be at home instead of being in a skilled nursing or sub-acute facility.
