Elder’s Journey Home care started August 2012. Ann Harrison RN/Owner and Administrator
was a Geriatric Case Manager since October 2010, helping seniors and their families with day to day decision making and arranging care, coordinating the care of seniors with their doctors and families. Ann and her business partner, Doug Johnson found a need in the community for clients in need of Medicaid PA, and private duty nursing.
