Hoffman Homes for Youth is a private, non-profit, psychiatric residential treatment facility for children located just outside Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The principles of trauma-informed care are applied. Psychiatrists, therapists, and direct-care staff (Mental Health Workers) provide comprehensive psychiatric care and behavioral health treatment to the children and their families. Creative therapies (Pet, Music, Horsemanship, and Art) are utilized as alternative methods of building healthy emotional connections.
