Samaritan Care Center & Villa of Medina is a 56-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 26-bed Assisted Living Community. We are a part of a non-profit organization owned by American Health Foundation. Our primarily focus is providing high quality nursing care and other related services for residents in need. Other services include short & long term rehabilitation that requires extended supervision, hospice services, and respite services
