Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where you will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns requiring intensive medical attention and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor newborns' vital signs, respiratory status, and overall condition continuously.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by neonatologists and pediatricians.
  • Operate advanced medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and phototherapy units.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for neonates.
  • Educate parents and families on newborn care, feeding techniques, and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in medical records.
Work Environment:
  • This role is based in hospital NICUs, providing critical care to premature or medically fragile newborns.
