July 2019 Nursing Industry Report [INFOGRAPHIC]

Total active nursing jobs and new nursing jobs added to iHireNursing both decreased in July 2019 compared to June 2019. RNs, CNAs, and LPNs remained the most in-demand nursing careers in both categories. Additionally, Chicago took Philadelphia’s place among the top 5 hiring metro areas for nursing jobs.

Total nursing job seekers on iHireNursing increased by 5,094 members, including 575 new Directors of Nursing. Top states and metro areas where nursing job seekers live line up well with the top states and metro areas where nursing jobs are posted; however, 20% of iHireNursing’s candidates are willing to relocate.
