Were seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Corporate Contract Launch Team a unique and impactful role supporting the successful startup of new correctional healthcare sites. If you're energized by variety, thrive under pressure, and want to help set the tone for excellence at new facilities, this role is for you.

• Deliver direct patient care during the critical start-up phase of new correctional healthcare contracts, including assessments, treatments, triage, and emergency response.

• Act as a clinical leader and subject matter expert for onsite teams, modeling best practices in correctional nursing and patient safety.

• Support new staff onboarding and training on MEDIKOs policies, COREMR documentation, workflows, and correctional health standards.

• Collaborate with corporate and site leadership to ensure clinical and operational readiness for new site openings.

• Coordinate continuity of care, manage offsite referrals, and ensure appropriate follow-up in alignment with physician orders.

• Travel to various MEDIKO locations based on project needs, providing nursing coverage, clinical mentorship, and stabilization support post-launch.

• Foster strong working relationships with correctional partners and internal stakeholders to achieve clinical excellence.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in applicable states

• Correctional healthcare experience required

• COREMR (EHR) experience required

• Previous involvement in contract launches, new facility startups, or fast-paced clinical rollouts strongly preferred

• Active CPR/BLS certificate required (American Heart Association/American Red Cross guideline approved)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care, ER, or correctional healthcare setting

• Excellent communicator and collaborator who performs well in dynamic, high-pressure environments

• Willingness to work from various facility locations based on launch schedules and needs
