We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Corporate Contract Launch Team a unique and impactful role supporting the successful startup of new correctional healthcare sites. If you're energized by variety, thrive under pressure, and want to help set the tone for excellence at new facilities, this role is for you.

• Provide essential nursing care to patients during the critical start-up phase of new correctional healthcare contracts.

• Deliver patient care including initial assessments, routine sick call, chronic care, medication administration, and emergency response.

• Work closely with corporate and site leadership to ensure a smooth operational transition and full clinical readiness.

• Educate and onboard newly hired healthcare staff on MEDIKOs clinical policies, COREMR documentation, and correctional care standards.

• Monitor offsite referrals, assist with case management, and support the implementation of physician orders.

• Travel to various MEDIKO locations based on project needs, assisting with gap coverage, mentorship, and stabilization post-launch.

• Collaborate with correctional partners and internal stakeholders to establish strong partnerships and quality outcomes.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active license in applicable states

• Correctional healthcare experience required

• COREMR (EHR) experience required

• Previous involvement in contract launches, startup teams, or similar fast-paced clinical rollouts strongly preferred

• Active CPR/BLS certificate required (American Heart Association/American Red Cross guideline approved)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute, ER, or correctional setting

• Strong communicator who adapts well to change, remains calm under pressure, and can work independently

• Willingness to work from various locations and adapt to evolving clinical needs
