Job Description
Amazing Grace Home Health Care is looking for a passionate and reliable RN-Office manager. The office manager will be responsible for managing our overall office functions, assist the office staff and supervisors with tracking and monitoring compliance. Our office is a high performing environment, the candidate must be able excel and perform in a fast pace and busy environment, must be a fast learner and able to work and execute independently. We pride ourselves in being able to maintain a high standard of service delivery to our clients while maintaining compliance. Ongoing and continuing compliance is very important to our organization, and we are looking for a candidate who is able to follow, review and assist the staff in accomplishing tasks that promote growth and compliance at the same time. Our agency has been providing home care services for over 11 years now in the Dayton and Cincinnati area and we are excited to have you join team Amazing Grace!
Candidates must have an active RN license and some supervisory or management experience is preferred. Demonstrate good leadership, communication, computer and writing skills. Enforce the policies and procedures of the agency. Follow state and federal laws as applicable and mandated. Must have a positive attitude with good communication skills as well as work positively and favorably with patients, families and all staff members. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities and job functions:
- Coordinate systems and procedures with medical records, data entry and personnel functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations
- Promote compliance for all agency operations including but not limited to: employee files, client files, communication, reporting, data management and agency system update
- Demonstrate a desire to set and meet objectives and to find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks
- Perform the initial home care visit and re-evaluate patient’s needs and progress according to agency policy.
- Understand and perform the admission process and develop patient plan of care
- Coordinate care with patient’s physician and case management
- Be available to caregivers and office staff for on-call needs and assistance
- Participate in and support quality improvement programs
- Maintain compliance of all patient records according to agency policy and procedures.
- Support HR in hiring and provide on going training needed to Caregivers according to agency policy
- Supervise caregivers as indicated
- Maintain compliance of all caregivers according to agency policy
- Participate in and support quality improvement programs
- Be willing to get certified to train CPR/First Aide
