Amazing Grace Home Health Care is expanding to the Columbus are and we are looking for a passionate and reliable office manager to run and manage our Columbus office. Our agency has been providing home care services for over 11 years now in Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio and we are very excited to serve the Columbus community as well.

Candidates must have an active RN license and some supervisory or management experience is preferred. Demonstrate good leadership, communication, and writing skills. Enforce the policies and procedures of the agency. Follow state and federal laws as applicable and mandated. Must have a positive attitude with good communication skills as well as work positively and favorably with patients, families and all staff members. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Have excellent organizational and time management skills. A Self-starter!

Responsibilities and job functions: 

· Coordinate systems and procedures with medical records, data entry to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations

· Promote compliance for all agency operations including but not limited to: employee files, client files, communication, reporting, data management and agency system update

· Monitor and assist in scheduling direct care staff and clients

· Demonstrate a desire to set and meet objectives and to find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks

· Perform the initial home care visit and re-evaluate patient’s needs and progress according to agency policy.

· Understand and perform the admission process and develop patient plan of care

· Communicate and coordinate patient care with direct care staff

· Coordinate care with patient’s physician and case management

· Be available to caregivers and office staff for on-call needs and assistance

· Participate in and support quality improvement programs

· Maintain compliance of all patient records according to agency policy and procedures.

· Hire and provide on going training needed to Caregivers according to agency policy

· Supervise caregivers as indicated

· Maintain compliance of all caregivers according to agency policy

· Participate in and support quality improvement programs
