We are a fast-growing home health agency needing to add new staff to our team! We are looking for a Registered Nurse who has experience in Home Health and has a desire to provide the best care possible to see their patients thrive in their home life and in the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible, compassionate and cool-tempered.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for educating patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits
Monitor patient's condition, assess their symptoms and needs and communicate them to the physicians
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary staff to devise individualized care plans specific to each patient
Perform routine procedures, adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physician's orders and document in patient's charts
Supervise and train LPN's and Home Health aides
Skills:

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Idaho and CPR certification
Home Health Nursing experience preferred
Must have current drivers license, auto registration and insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
Management experience not required, but will be able to work without supervision and will be responsible for supervising home health aides.
Must have excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
Must be willing to share On Call on a rotation basis

Pay: $67,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

In order to keep our clinicians as safe as possible we have established a protocol that all clinicians will wear appropriate PPE when interacting with patients including gloves and mask, and may include face shield and gown when appropriate.
